X-Men 4 is not a sequel of the previous movies.Its an independent story.It tells about the origins of Wolverine.It started when little Logan (Hugh Jackman) find out that he is a mutant.And he accidently kill his own father. His brother Victor (Liev Schreiber) take him to run away from home.And from that day on, they journey around the world together.
They join in the army and join in many war.They were both immortals. But as time go by Victor becomes uncontrollable with his killing desire. One day he try to rape a woman in Vietnam and kill everyone who is trying to stop him.Because of this, they end up being prosecute to death for their action. But they can not die.
General William Stryker came to them and ask them to join in his special team. If they join him,they will be released and their live will be guaranteed. So they decide to join this team.In this team, the members has its own special ability.
Zero the sharp shooter, Fred with big power, Reiley with his electric ability, and many others. Their first mission is in Lagos-Nigeria.Their mission is to find a rock. This rock was a new kind of metal that Stryker is looking for so long. They managed to find the village where the rock is.
But the villagers won’t tell them where the rock is placed, because the place were sacred for them. General Stryker lost his pations and ordered the team to kill the villagers. But Logan wasn’t agree with the order. He try stop them.
Logan decided to quit the team. But Victor decided to stay. Years past and Logan lives in the Canadian Rockies, and work in loging company. He lives happily with his wife. While in Springfield-Ohio Victor start to kill the team members one by one for some reason. It start with Reiley.
Stryker came to Logan’s work he told him about what is happening to the team. And he suspected thet Victor is behind all these. Stryker ask for Logan’s help,but Logan refuses. One day Victor came and kill Logan’s wife. Logan was very mad, he chase Victor and seek for revenge. But he wasn’t strong enough to handle Victor.
He lost the fight. And the second he wakes. He was in the Stryker’s lab. He ask Logan to join him once again in the Weapon X project. He promised Logan that he will have his revenge if he join this project. So he join in. Logan’s body was fill with the new metal called adamantium. This was the metal that Stryker seek when in Nigeria.
This metal is more stronger than any metal.From that day he change his name to Wolverine. This name was given by his wife before she died. So logan’s chasing begin. He hunts Victor down.Will he make it. What is the reason behind Victor’s killing. See it Youself.
The movie is very cool.Jackman managed to perform Wolverine personality in him.The action is great.Many new Mutant came up to the surface like Gambit and others. If you are Wolverine fans.You should not miss this movie.
