Damien (Cyril Raffaelli) and Leito (David Belle) return to district 13 on a mission to bring peaced to the troubled sector that is controlled by five different gang bosses.
A secret organization is trying to frame district 13 and make the president assumed that the district must be wiped out. This organization killed 2 policeman while they were trying to arrest two young girl who was bringing drugs in their car. They shot the two policeman and put their car and bodies in district 13. They try to make people think that the district is dangerous and has become national threat.
But without they realize some boys are witnessing their act and cam it. The organization knows it, they search and catch the boy who recorded it. But the boy has given his recording tape to Leito.
Now Leito must take this tape to the president as a prove, and bring out the truth. But this job won’t be so easy as they must deal with the organization to get through the president. Together with Damian, Leito must unite all the five gang bosses before the city’s secret services take drastic measures to solve the problem.
Will Damian and Leito be able to save district 13 and prove their innocent ? Check out for yourself. The movie B13 U is full with action.The story is a litle kind of made up.But it’s a quite good action movie.
