Street Fighter is a famous fighting games by Capcom.This movie is an adaptation movie from the video games. But if you are one of Street Fighter fans,you may find that the movie have a different story from the original video games. You might find that there is some changes the producer made with the original ones that make the differences between the games and the movie. For example in the games Gen is not Chun Li’s teacher like in the movie and in the games Gen never work as Bison’s men.But so far the action is great. There is also some fighting movement that simillar with the games, so you don’t have to be disappoint too much with the movie.
The story tell about Chun Li (Kristin Kreuk) past.Since she was a child Chun Li loves to play the piano and dream to be a great pianist.But her father diverse her into something else, martial art. And slowly she begin to love her new hobby.
One day Bison (Neil Mc Donough) and Balrog (Michael Clarke Duncan) came to her house. They kill her mother and took her father away. From that day on Chun Li is looking for her father.Until one day someone sent a secret chinese scroll to her,this scroll will lead her to the clue where her father is.Who sent it ? she doesn’t know.
So Chun Li begin her journey to
Chun Li must face Vega, Bison’s top assasins in order to save her father.She try to find information to get through the Shadalao organization.Finally she met her father.
Not much of the game characters shows up in the movie,but the movie is not so bad anyway.But if you are one of Street Fighter games fanatic.You may find something. unsatisfying about the story.
