This movie is a remake from the previous movie.The story starts when Trevor Anderson,a lecturer and scientist is visited by Elizabeth to entrust her son Sean in his house.Elizabeth is Max’s wife,and Max is Trevor’s brother.

In old days they were scientist, but Max was missing in his adventure while he examine the vulcanic eruption and never been found.At first Sean and Trevor feel awkward each other,because they haven’t meet for quite a long time.Things change until Trevor found Max’s old stuff and Sean starts asking about it because his mom never talk too much about his father.

Trevor found a book belong to Max “Journey To The Center Of The Earth” inside the book he found his brother’s written.And he conclude that this writing is a clue which might be the key to find Max or what Max is searching for.Trevor intended to sent Sean back home,cause he plan to go search of his brother with the clue in the book.But Sean insisted to follow him.

Finally Trevor and Sean starts their journey, the first clue is to find Asgeirson.He was an vulcanic mountain expert.Trevor presume that Max might meet Asgeirson before his missing.Unfortunately the man is dead,but they mange to meet his daughter Hannah.Trevor plan to go to the vulcanic mountain but he doesn’t know the way.

So Hannah is offering him a help to take them there,because she was a mountain girl and she knows the way.So the journey begin.In the mountain Trevor find a device that is left by his brother.But heavy weather comes and accident happen,they were trapped in a cave.They struggle to find a way out but without they realize the way is leading them to the center of the earth.And the adventure begin.

Many weird creatures and plant down there.In there they find clue about Max.Max is already dead but they find the house that Max built and also his diary.After that they decided to go home and find a way back upstairs.So the excitement begin.They meet many obstacle like dinosaurs,savage fish,man eating plant,etc.But they face it bravely one by one.

This movie is very-very entertaining with great adventure and fantastic journey.Brendan Fraser is very suit with the this kind of movie.The computer graphics is also stunning.Many funny and thrilling scene that will pump our adrenaline.Also supported by its 3D feature make this movie even greater.So don’t miss it.This is a good movie to be watch with the rest of your family.
