The Secret of Moonacre Movie Reviews
When 13 year old Maria Merryweather’s (Dacota Blue Richards) father dies,leaving her orphaned and homeless, she is force to leave her luxurious London life to go and life with Sir Benjamin (Ioan Gruffudd), an eccentric uncle she didn’t know she had, at the mysterious Moonacre Manor.
In the manor Maria finds strange thing happen. Magical things.This is all related to the book that belong to her father which is pass unto her after he dies.This book become the key of an untold stories.
Soon Maria find herself in a crumbling moonlit world torn apart by the hatred of an ancient feud with the dark and sinister De Noir family.
Maria discover that she is the last Moon Princess, and guided by an unlikely mix of allies, she must overcome her family’s pride in order to unearth the secrets of the past before the 5000th moon rises.
The secret of Moonacre is a quite entertaining movie, its like Narnia or Spiderwick, fairytale stories always catch everybody’s attention. But this movie is more a drama movie.The stories take you slowly to reveal the secrets.So if you like dramatic fairytale movies,it’s a must see movie.
